Roberta Zandonai
Roberta is a Communications & Engagement Coordinator at NatureFinance. She has more than 10 years of experience with public information, press relations, campaigns, events, partnerships, training and academic research. She is passionate about collaborating with people and organizations to support sustainable development. Before joining NatureFinance, Roberta was the Institutional Communication Manager at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Brazil, implementing a 360 communication strategy. In UNEP, she was the national focal point for the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, implemented the Environmental Defenders Initiative in Brazil, and led several successful campaigns. Earlier in her career, Roberta worked with content development, media, research, and project management. Roberta holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, a BA in International Relations, and a BA in Social Communication - Journalism. She lives in Brazil with her family and her hobbies involve sports and outdoor activities connected to nature.
